Our goal is to deliver artwork that brings calm and beauty into your home. The following information explains how orders are prepared, shipped, and handled if an issue occurs.

Order Processing

Typical processing within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it moves into production.


Production Time

All tapestries are produced through our fulfillment partner after an order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before the item is shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

Typical delivery times: Variations may be dependent on carrier conditions.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Order Fulfillment

We may share necessary order details with our fulfillment partners to produce and deliver your tapestry.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing misprint.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors first, or contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
